11 Other terms

11.1 The client will not be permitted to transfer or assign to third parties any of the rights
         under an agreement concluded with the contractor, save in the event and as part of a transfer of the client’s entire business.
11.2 Both parties must keep confidential any and all facts and circumstances that come to their knowledge
        in the context of the work commissioned. The same duty of confidentiality in respect of such facts and circumstances
        must be imposed on any third parties engaged in the performance of the work commissioned.
11.3 The headings in these General Terms and Conditions have been included for easy reference only and are no part
        of these Terms and Conditions.
11.4 All agreements between the contractor and the client are governed by Dutch law. The court that has the power to
        hear and decide any dispute between the contractor and the client will be the court having jurisdiction
        in the district where the contractor has his registered office or the court having jurisdiction pursuant to the law,
        at the contractor’s option.
